Good Samaritan Health Centers, Inc. Wildflower Clinic offers FREE medical care to qualifying patients:

All patients must be uninsured St Johns County residents over the age of 18 and must meet financial qualifications.

Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Because typically only the first 12-15 patients can be seen, we recommend arriving 1-2 hours before the announced clinic start time.

Lab testing is offered at no charge through Flagler Hospital. Patients may follow-up on lab results ordered through our clinic at any Lab Results Clinic.

1:00pm – 3:00pm 

*Please allow 5-7 days after having labs drawn for review.

We also offer a variety of specialty clinic referrals. Patients must first be seen through a primary care walk-in clinic and receive a physician referral.

  • Mental Health
  • Nutritionist
  • Chiropractic-Neurology
  • ENT
  • Women’s Clinics (routine pelvic exams, PAP’s, and breast exams)
  • Dermatology Clinics
  • Chronic Diabetes Management and Care

We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency such as chest pain or trouble breathing, call 911 immediately.
